Family issue is the most hilarious excuse i have ever seen, the work-life balance never exists for pro players because nobody can balance that. If you are not fakeflagger, you should know how the Asian team works. There is no Bootcamp, teams like DRX, DK, Fullsense, Bleed literally live together, practice together, eating together in the same house day by day. They don't care about their family? Ofc no, but they made their sacrification to be the best in Valorant.
Ok you may argue cultural differences, the guard gathered together in complexity's facility for 3 months since January to prepare the stage 1 VCT, trent net saya don't have a family?
I am glad to see the hard work from The Guard, Optic, Faze etc. get paid off. And happy to see the fall of Sentinel and Waredell.Just accept that, Waredell belongs to twitch rival instead of VCT. You can find your work-life balance as a streamer, but never as a pro player

I mean, yeah teams get better. Teams like NRG, Faze, and TSM improved immensely. V1 didn't get that much worse either with a sub (Though, you could argue that this was the case because of the raw talent they had) and in fact did really well.

Wardell was not really the problem.

they look more drilled with wippie on the team + can play kj/sage/viper. wardell has fit in pretty well for the small amount of time hes been there, but his biggest weakness is his flexibility.

With wippie, I feel like V1 would have already qualified. Not because he's a better player, but because he fits V1 much better. Also, never use ACS as evidence; if you watched the Stage 1 games you'd have seen the insane impact Wippie had in those games.
