FPX is literally made out of Swedish, Polish(sub), Ukrainian, Russians, and Latvian. And have Swedish coach who is super important to them. I think Shao is their best player and he is Russian, but Zyppan, Ardiis and baddyG were super important as well.
3 CIS players, 3 EU players and 1 EU coach* and the roster that even made it to top 3 was 2 CIS 3 EU when Ange1 was gone.
yea angel being gone eliminated all impact hes had on his team. when they used sub they had to redo all the strats setups comps and chemistry. ??? i understand this isnt what you were trying to say but do you understand the reason teams have leaders? you cant all be drones.
you cant divorce their individual success on the same team from the impact of everyone as a teammate on eachother.
They all need eachother, we tend to tie teams to a region based on majority nationality, the real grinded out roster of FPX is majority CIS. A sub is a sub that does not change anything. That doesnt change the nationality of the EU players either.
Did I say that? Its just a fact that Ange1 wasn't in the server when FPX qualified. Unless he was spectating. I understand your point, but it has nothing to do with this.
If you are not making a point that they are not a CIS team then what are you trying to convey?
FPX is the only good CIS team and they are half EU.

I thought more people would see the champs run as a fluke considering the previous events it was cned and friends, with the 4 members being inconsistent in performances, until champs.
should've been clear from the 1st breeze that we clapped tf outta them that they were'nt that good, the 2nd provided more proof with them taking 10 f'n points being 7 up on us. people called us cheater and crybabies when we were right the whole time. this year they didn't even make it to vct emea playoffs, like, guys?
The match against VK I think showed up unprepared they were against the team. VK outplayed them at every scenario, and Acend got lucky with the replay handicap.
Acend played insane the rest of the event, not just cNed. All 5 were playing well. Before champs, it was cNed who was consistent, zeek was somewhat consistent every few games, and the rest were there just to go along on the journey. It's why I didn't think they'd be all that special after champs. With bonecold being dropped, the team will get worse than what it is. Zeek not there, bonecold dropped. Team looks to be back to top10eu, but not top3.

easy solution would be -2 EMEA slot make Cis a region +1 and give turkey a slot to +1 . EZ
Cis can actually dominate alone as a region... They have insane talents atm. Which is why Eu teams take cis players. Free cis as a region and you'll understand :)
its crazy actually navi could become stronger too, they are just gifted at fps games the cis playerbase for val is small as fuck and they still dominate
