They are half CIS half EU and play for EMEA anyway even if they decided to mark themselves as "CIS" to have easier shot at Challengers spots. FPX would have never been there without Zyppan and Doombros either just like without Shao and Ange1.
well emea would be broken up if CIS becomes its own qualifying region, and general rule you dont count coaches as part of the teams regionality. aside from that ye.
