G2 Esports G2 Esports Inactive are opening up the European shuffle by trading Aleksander "zeek" Zygmunt, acquiring Jose "koldamenta" Luis Aranguren from Acend Acend Inactive ALIVE Gilad Hakim musashi Alessio Xhaferi pyrolll Artur Minin cullumx Nikolaj Cullum Andersen chiwa Egor Stepanyuk , as reported by Guillaume "neL" Rathier of 1pv.fr.

After an initial report on May 5 pointing out Oscar "Mixwell" Cañellas and Jacob "pyth" Mourujärvi as the sole remainders of the European squad, it seems as though the team is nearly finalized. G2 have reportedly brought on Žygimantas "nukkye" Chmieliauskas and Auni "AvovA" Chahade from Team Heretics Team Heretics Europe Unranked MiniBoo Dominykas Lukaševičius Wo0t Mert Alkan RieNs Enes Ecirli benjyfishy Benjamin David Fish Boo Ričardas Lukaševičius , with the in-game leadership role being fulfilled by Acend's koldamenta.

Ardis "ardiis" Svarenieks and Patryk "paTiTek" Fabrowski, the other two players on the verge of leaving, are set to join Heretics in the coming weeks to fill the spots left vacant by nukkye and AvovA.

Acend on the other hand, who have already been practicing with zeek for a while, are not planning further changes, although initial rumors pointed out the exit of three players, amongst them Mehmet "cNed" Yağız İpek.

i know this is not entirely the same, but in VOT (pretty much VCT for Oceania, but not the same) a team lost 3 of their players between Challengers 1 and Challengers 2, but were able to keep their spot, so I think they will be able to keep the points

Obviously kolda is better than zeek as igl. in the current roster, who is igl, is zeek? god forbid! i hope Acend coach Nbs not falling into error about igl. if acend roster is not change, i think bonecold would be best right decision for igl. And again when g2 look for an igl, this time will pursue bonecold for sure

A true Tier 1 full german team could be possible but isn't atm sadly. BIG is improving a lot recently and winning vs T1 teams, but they're still Tier 2 kinda, also they have bishop. Something like niesow, luckerrr, gobb +2 would be insane

Tbh BIG only won against one good team, WAVE. I wouldn’t consider HONK as tier 1 but solid tier 2 team. But I would be extremely happy if BIG could get more consistent and find a spot under the top 10 Eu Teams..

Think G2 is just putting in the big muscle org moves here. They're one of the only orgs that can afford shit like this.

I didnt like when they signed Zeek without a good IGL. Now they would be more solid with Koldament like IGL. My doubt is the Mixwell role with Nukkye.

mixwell stated in the past that he wants to move away from the duelist role, meanwhile nukkye on stream has been playing more of jett and phoenix, but also skye and sage. They are probably still working that out between themselves
