Should pro's retire early

its no surprise that once a pro is past their peak not only is it not as enjoyable to watch it can feel heartbreaking knowing once they would of won that fight and now their just a former glmise of their former self. i think alot of pros need to get more into streaming so they can fall back on something when they do realise that its over for them, but also we need some fresh skill in some of these leagues for example americas is just reusing the same pros for the last like 3-4 years and alot and i mean ALOT of them are washed. e.g. demon1 like bro went from mvp at champs greatest player of the year to a no show in 2024 to a is he even going to be considered top 20 players in americas. that fall off not only needs to be studied but also i feel bad for him if he quitted while ahead he would go down as a goat instead hes a one time wonder.
