. Under the ENVY banner, that group finished as runner-ups at Masters Berlin in 2021, and in the following season as OpTic lifted Masters Reykjavik. Third and second-place finishes at Masters Copenhagen and Champions 2022 cemented the group as one of the strongest pre-franchising teams in professional Valorant, but when OpTic was not selected as a partnered team ahead of the 2023 season, the group dispersed.
In 2023, Victor joined NRG Esports alongside ENVY/OpTic teammate FiNESSE , and crashies along with head coach Chet. A second-place finish at the end of the Americas League secured them entry into Masters Tokyo, where they finished fourth, and Champions 2023, where they were eliminated in the group stage. Roster reconstruction in the following offseason saw two of Victor's teammates change, but the results did not pay off. NRG failed to qualify for any international LANs en route to the seventh-place regional finish.
Victor's return to play sees him reunite with Chet, who has been his head coach since October 2021, and marks his recovery from a severe left wrist injury.
The addition of Victor, a Duelist player throughout most of his career, will likely see changes to M80's team compositions. With bdog 's recent benching from the main roster, M80 is down a Controller player, but may rely on some of Victor's ability to flex onto the Controller or Sentinel roles.
