As someone who hates Team Falcons not even I think EWC should be seriously 'boycotted' but I think it's understand why people don't like it. Still, it is a real tournament and not some tier 4 mickey. The fact that it's not prestigious enough to cement someone's legacy or that it's right after a Masters is irrelevant. CS2 has one S-tier tournament where top teams compete one after another.

Wouldn't even be surprised if G2 make 1 roster change, they've already passed up on signing so many young prospects so they could do their Babybay project that I've lost out on hope.

Depends what you consider a fluke, without those agent buffs they went right back to where they were before. Valorant is just a shit game that repeatedly changes the meta every few months so there's never any chance for a team to dominate or other teams to create smart counter plays.
Casters and pros were just protecting Nongshim and trying not to make their run seem like a fluke, but any viewer with eyes and no biases knows that they were the definition of meta merchants. Frnacis hasn't recovered to this day since the Yoru nerfs.

This is a dumb question because the team that wins a Masters/Champs is usually the best team at the event. It's just that they go right back to being shit after the meta changes (T1, Nongshim, EDG, etc).
I'm not sure what Glyph has done to have so much goodwill from fans but he's a mid pickup. Not nearly enough to make the team competitive.
Pretty sure he only left t1 to play with his buddies in t2, should be interesting to see him on the main roster again. Glacier/Yosemite/Spring is a decent foundation.
