All Gamers made widespread changes following the conclusion of their 2024 season. They finished 5th-6th at the end of Stage 2, but the organization was stagnant throughout the year. A group stage elimination at China Kickoff and a 5th-6th finish at Stage 1 meant the organization missed out on all international events. The international stage has been out of reach for AG since its inception in 2020.

In the offseason, All Gamers made a significant coaching change, replacing EGO and hypnotizing with fire3 , Septem7 , and Oi . The only departure from the 2024 roster was sword9 . The floodgates opened for incoming players, as AG signed K1ra , player , nizhaoTZH , former manager XiYiJi , Lsn , Bai , and now HanChe and cxyy. X3B was also signed and then let go in the offseason.

Of their offseason additions, only K1ra, Lsn, and nizhaoTZH played for All Gamers in their two games at China Kickoff.
