All Gamers made widespread changes following the conclusion of their 2024 season. They finished 5th-6th at the end of Stage 2, but the organization was stagnant throughout the year. A group stage elimination at China Kickoff and a 5th-6th finish at Stage 1 meant the organization missed out on all international events. The international stage has been out of reach for AG since its inception in 2020.

In the offseason, All Gamers made a significant coaching change, replacing EGO and hypnotizing with fire3 , Septem7 , and Oi . The only departure from the 2024 roster was sword9 . The floodgates opened for incoming players, as AG signed K1ra , player , nizhaoTZH , former manager XiYiJi , Lsn , Bai , and now HanChe and cxyy.
