this guy peaked in champs 2022 and has only been mediocre since. people bring up his multiple trophies as if he wasn't the worst player on his team in the second one (and not even the best player in the first one). s0cy has quite literally only been a top player in champs 2022, only in valorant will you see fans acting like being a mediocre player on a winning team is a grand achievement

maybe if he won 5 trophies while being garbage individually I'd start thinking he's the goat, but 2 trophies? 😹

You can 100 percent get carried to a trophy if your team is good enough. Sacy won both tournaments with two players considered worldwide number 1 at some point. 2022 loud would still be considered a modern super team. Not saying sacy is terrible, but he fs doesn’t deserve goat status. He did his job on those rosters well enough to not be a burden to his carries and that’s all he needed to do.

I agree that his sen stint gets a bit overrated by vlr users. But he was instrumental for both championships, even the Madrid one. He provided great veteran presence and good util, yeah his fragging was low but he didn't really need to get frags on that team, they were able to win afterall.

I think we should stop trying to diminish certain players' legacies. Both Sacy and TenZ are legends, and the results speak for themselves. And he also provided top tier utility and veteran leadership. He was probably great in the comms and making good midrounds. Overall, you can nitpick that his fragging was lower after leaving Loud, but he was still very impactful.

but he has a genuine argument for goat initiator he has won on champs and masters on two different teams in two different languages was he on decline from that champs win till he retired yeah 100% for comparison to leo he is better would win it but the fact one of his trophies is lock in would be a thorn in his side ngl

but the fact that he won on two completely different rosters in two VERY different states of the game he has to have some level of insane value outside the game you can see it in how the new sen where the upgrade was - sacy +n4rrate with -tenz +bang is a side grade at best down grade at worse

Leos peak compared to Sacys value is around the same, but add in sacy being one of the best examples of a professional when it comes to VAL. Which is why is value is so high, theres more to his game beyond inside the server. The fact that he was able to switch from a MOBA to a TAC FPS and win trophies means this guy oozes IQ/adaptability. Some people like yourself for example, really value the ingame stuff and stats. People like me and others, see the other value and intangibles players like sacy brings to the table.
