i will only say the teams i think have a chance of beating VIT from EMEA, as its not fair to compare between regions yet. from EMEA, i see only 2 teams that can beat them in their current forms; FUT or TH. FUT is my hot take, and it is what i have on my pickems. the rest of the EMEA teams dont look strong enough yet.

TH in champs was not the same TH that vit beat. they would easily destroy that roster of vit in champs if they met

EDG have very good players and are more disciplined than their previous iteration they can stand a chance against vitality

see this is the problem, you rate them so highly solely because of the names they have on the team but it takes more than just slapping good players into a roster for a team to be good. nrg 2024 proves this & i think vit 2025 has a chance to share the same fate

funny how people think firepower is everything, prx are a team who have some of the best firepower in pacific at least if not in the world and they got smacked by g2 twice last year who has “worse firepower”

G2 is probably the only team in the world that this applies to. they have zero star players (one if you count 1 singular leaf) but a phenomenal sense of teamwork and fundamentals. they are a very interesting team.

Tbf both TH losses to VIT last year were in weird nebulous periods where TH was either burnt out or in a transitional stage where they were changing shit up

1st VIT loss was when they were preparing to add in Wo0t

2nd VIT loss was after they had played the maximum possible matches a team could play at Shanghai, come back to EMEA and had to reintegrate MiniBoo and change Wo0t back to flex, play another like 7 matches, change some of their comps from Shanghai to avoid getting figured out and prepping Abyss, all while VIT were literally hitting the best form we'd ever seen from them. After EMEA was done TH made it to finals and VIT got grouped. I don't think there's an argument for VIT being better than TH last year

From EMEA I can see TH, FUT maybe some 'upset' from other teams.
International teams: EDG, Trace, G2, SEN, PRX, T1, GenG.
