is that to Mumbai or Dubai, and is that from the north or south?

A good thing is, they've moved Pakistan to MENA for tier 2 in 2025, so hopefully we'll see more talent there
MENA orgs are usually loaded, so they can likely just fly out any talent so hopefully ping shouldn't be an issue
