for anyone who thinks f0rsaken did better at reykjavik/copenhagen remember that mako was rated higher than any PRX player at the event and was the best controller there, while at reykjavik mako went 19-2 against f0rsaken. f0rsaken killed him twice in three maps.

You're going purely off of stats. Forsaken went deeper in champs & copenhagen, and then had a loss in the grand final which lowered his stats. For those two events, I would rate Forsaken higher.

But yes, Mako is undeniably goated. DRX, let this man play his role and do not put him on IGL duty

idk i think copenhagen is just diff to me because i give a lot of credit to benkai for that tourney. it's the closest they've ever come to winning despite having no players to extremely well in stats and for that i think the IGLing was the most important part. definitely most ppl will choose f0rsaken though.

I hate this comment so much because the only measure is stats.
His stats arent good enough to carry his team to a high place in the international stage except for 2023 Sao Paolo

In 2024:
F0rsaken's team made every international and averaged a higher placement domestically
Mako's team made a high placement in champs, but placed 5th

2023, PRX placed higher both domestically and in internationals (all excluding LOCK//IN)

F0rsaken was on PRX since the inception of the team, placed high, and does so flexing all roles essentially
He clears mako in longevity, and he would be a first pick when it comes to an APAC draft
