as a league it's not close but it's got so many players brimming with talent that tier two could really use. It really comes down to the fact that not every GC player is going to live up to the t1/t2 standard, and so the team is dragged down.

SR , MIBR , and TL can swing from T3.5 to T2 level for a few matches at worst each of them gets stomped by collegiate ranked pugs and mid table t2 at best can take 2 sets in a double elimination format against t2 scene in NA/BR
