He'd be fine in T1 but competition is stiff. He's not a clear upgrade over anyone in NA T1 at least. Derrek is probably the worst info initiator value wise in NA T1 and even then he's still solid.
That argument only makes sense if T2 teams are recycling shit players and Brawk is actually good.

It's funny since no one says that super ranked players Karon/Primmie spanking T1 players regionally means Pacific is washed but if super ranked players in T2 do it, then it means NA is washed lol.
