Yep... feels so pointless to watch Worlds. The gap between G2 and the rest of LEC seems so noticeable, but at the same time G2 look so outmatched vs good LCK and LPL teams. Even if the games are close its usually because G2 clutch out a fight or something. Gap between the west and the east seem to just be widening year after year and its especially noticeable in LEC. At least LCS teams seem to have improved a bit overtime, but for LEC its just down and down. Would not be surprised if G2 got knocked out by like FlyQuest or something. And rest of LEC just look horrible like what the fuck Fnatic and MDK.
pisses me off knowing these guys get paid like 20-30k a month just to play against plumbers all year and go show absolute stinker in worlds and leave
western league is so embarassing,idk how they arent ashamed of themselves having all the resources and players and letting the asians fist them so badly
i dont understand wanting to waste ur entire youth playing a game u suck at,id rather play 12 hours a day and actually win something rather than play 8 and still be a no lifer plus get absolutely embarassed by the actual good teams

what? league's playerbase has way more asian players than western, it's natural for them to have more talent and better teams. I don't get why you'd blame the players here
has very little to do with that at this point,the game is still very popular in both NA and EU and they are both embarrassingly bad as region,its literally the same as asians in cs vs eu expect if they had the same playerbase as they do in valorant
3 reason :
- CN and KR can scrim each other, Europe don't
- EU got an inferiority complex (The only way to loose against T1 in map 2 is only because of that, impossible to throw that mush without)
- CN/KR got more slot, so more inter experience and less pressure (I'm almost sure if AfricaFreecs 2018 wouldn't be the last KR team they would have 3-0 C9 without no doubt)

Our last 2 final was 2019, 2018. In 2020 semifinal, we won first final in 2011, it's only 4 year we are struggleing, the new 4 spot rule create a terrible mental snowball. We are probably better than asian CS

That exactly what they are doing. Amercias is fusionning, and APAC minus Korea is grouped together, but it seems they are kinda cold feet, and they may not fully commit to it.
- They do a conference thing for Americas meaning they may not share scrimpool.
- No change for EU (We dont even have ascention).
- And for APAC i'm afraid they dont give enough slot to JP, VN, SEA, OCE, they are 4 ascended team and 4 partenered team, meaning we will probably have 5 TW team, then 1 JP, 1 VN, plus one team (Another JP ? Another TW ?) meaning OCE, TH, PH, ID, MYSG will have no spots and thats will probably kill the hype of the league (Doing more than2 ascention team is an horrible choice, because only TW team hae a chance to get ascended, and have APAC region being flooded by TW team will just kill the hype)

Technically u can say he's not old as I don't think lol has that short of a career cause unlike fps games like valo or cs , lol doesn't require you to have sharp reflexes and thus ur not naturally endangered when new players flood in, lol is more of a strategical game that depends on how good u can take split seconf and immediate decisions
