only 10 names got leaked from a list of around 40 players, chill we have players who are good and players who are mid trialling too
Lmemore, sultan, Kr1stal, and tomaszy all deserve to be in tier 1 imo. The problem is at least two of them would be imports (three if Kazakhstan counts as Pacific and not part of CIS)
Wasnt there a rule stating if a player played in a league as an import for a period of time he can choose residency in that region or am i tweaking?
I'm not sure if it counts for tier 2 in sultan's case, but tomaszy plays in EMEA and Kr1stal last played in CN so I don't think it would matter for them

That’s misinformation been spread out for so long. The “declare” region rule that applies to ban/russ because they have documentation that they were born from Pacific region/have dual citizenship/PR in Asian country. Something and Russian players that play in Japan can’t become APAC players because they don’t have documentation to prove it.
Alter ego getting sayaplayer would be a crazy pickup.
