Need recommendations

I recommend pretty much every manga this man covers
For shonen I would suggest Sakamoto Days, Alice in Borderland, and Dandadan/Chainsawman (Iiked Dandadan a bit more tbh).
Whatever you do stay the FUCK away from Tokyo Revengers. Biggest waste of time in my life. Rather read shitty MHA a gazillion teams before reading that dogshit again.
For psychological manga, I would suggest Blood on the Tracks and Oyasumi Pun Pun.
If you want comedy, Grand Blue, Gintama, and GTO are good.
If you want delinquent manga, Clover and Rainbow (both super fucking underrated) are good.
If you want something goated read or watch Silent Voice. Movie left some crucial elements out from the manga and has a less fleshed out story overall, but is beautiful visually and has an amazing sound track. Can't go wrong with either.
Gantz and Rezero (light novel) are both good examples of those, but they both have elements that are unrealistic as fuck. I haven't read many with your description, but I would suggest the Silent Voice movie/manga, Welcome to the N.H.K. novel/anime, Real, and Onanie Master Kurosawa. The last one's premise is very fucking weird (when I read the first chapter I was disgusted, you'll see what I mean if you read it), but trust me it's very good.
If you are into sports manga, I would highly suggest haikyuu. I have never found a manga that I have enjoyed reading more, it has one of the best endings and it's completed so you can read it from start to finish. The anime has adapted around 75% of the story so you could watch that and then read the rest but reading from the start is also very good too.
