he’s actually braindead shit is so funny, apparently he deleted his apology tweet twice. his replies are even funnier
"Just last year Khelif from Algeria was disqualified before a gold medal match at the 2023 World Championships for failing International Boxing Association (IBA) eligibility rules that prevent athletes with XY chromosomes from competing in women’s events", and based on just the eye test it is clear that Khelif looked to have a physical advantage. It makes sense why people would be mad, especially with their country being represented. You see the same stuff happen in GC when trans/non binary players go over and dominate biological females.
I've tried to read all you replies so i can give an actual response to it. All i can say really is that its clear majority of people here do not actually know how to read articles or know what the truth is as news articles obviously have their biases . This is gonna be alot lmao.
In esports there have been many studies already to suggest that there are no biological advantages that men have against women in games like FPS shooters. The factors in a game like Valorant go back and forth and both men and women have differences and they kinda just equal out. The main differences people see is due to low funding into the GC, no role models and people really just not giving them a chance. The same can be said about the chinese region as they are multiple years behind but now have only made proper improvements due to being able to have their own league and compete internationally. As EDG said they win majority of the time in their region so their only test is international events to see whether or not their ideals actually work. This is the same for the GC and they played in challengers and yet got decimated but so does EDG by low level teams so honestly we just need to give everyone an equal chance.
In actual sports that is different. The boxer is biologically a woman, they were assigned female at birth, they have all the physical attributes to go with it, genitalia. The difference being she was born with XY chromosomes which can happen in women. Intersex people exist and its a very rare anomaly, its called Swyer syndrome. This boxer had failed the gender eligibility test previously but has passed it this year to join the olympics. The test was also stricter than Tokyo 2020 so a lot of people who competed in that arent in Paris this year. The test isnt just "are you a woman" its based on 10+ different criteria that the federations of each sport put together. It takes into account what is on your passport as that is a big telltale sign, this says she is female from birth, along side with what i said previously about genitals also. The Algeria gov prohibits a lot of trans/conversion hormone treatment so if this person was trans they would most likely be in jail or in the worst case dead. Let alone represent their country in the olympics thats just absurd. Shes not dominating the sport shes lost multiple times already to many other women who dont have the birth defect so honestly there really isnt an issue. Shes been accepted by the federation so really our opinions do not matter as they are the ones who know whats better as theyre the experts and know what factors should matter when it comes to sports. The same can be said about Flor as yes shes insane and winning but also they have failed multiple times and its not 13-0 every game. What people need to do is not have their low level biology knowledge dictate whats right and wrong when they dont know anything further than XY means man and XX means woman as in millions of peoples cases that is untrue. We need to actually critically think. Biological advantages happen all over sport and thats what divides pro athletes and olympians. Usain bolt, Micheal Phelps just to name some of the biggest ones they all have massive advantages in their respective sports so they dominate it for years until their age starts to hinder their performance and young athletes with similar advantages come up and can start beating them as thats also a biological advantage, age.
There's no proof of her having XY chromosomes either.
Here's the IOC claiming the IBA report and rulings to be baseless.

kindly correct your statement as it's the one people seeing first when they open this thread.
yeaaah I know that's the official explanation rn but as far as I'm aware that's nothing more than a theory/unproven defence. I'd love to have a confirmation that they have official documentation confirming it as well as why she doesn't even try to look like a woman then
seems to be trying to look as manly as possible actually
no proof of any such dna test. the iba reported on high t levels which cud be caused by hormonal abnormalities. and even for that, the report and rulings have been called baseless by the ioc. check pages 2 to 4 here
