I just switched from cs very recently, started playing valorant I can say it gave me joy cs couldn't in years, but that's besides the point. What I wanted to tell you guys is that I'm interested in following the pro scene. I want to start simple by following a team or a player, doesn't have to be an asian team (I know gen.g plays soon, will watch that), but any fun player or team I could start following to get slowly into the valorant pro scene.

I've been maining gekko for the most part, reyna is my second highest used agent mostly because it's cracked for smurfs (I am quite good at cs so playing valo as a new player feels like smurfing). Any gekko pros you can think of ? Not sure if hes viable in the pro scene at all. Everything he does, there is an agent that does it better.
So for Val instead of having many LANS, we only have 3 for t1, the first 2 being masters, Which are LANS that consist of the top 3 teams from every region competes to win. The final event in the yr is champs which is the big event, in this event there are 2 ways to qual, by champs points or by winning in playoffs. For every win u get it is +1 champ point and the team which finishes with the most champ points, besides the other 3 that qualled with make champs
Paper Rex is funny and has great personalities. They also play a unique style of valorant compared to everyone else, so they definitely are a top pick. There is also Team Heretics, which play with GENG on streams often and are also entertaining imo. Tbh, most of APAC is fun to watch because they are so unserious half the time xD
I’m not telling them to support the team because they’re going to win anything; I’m telling them to support the team because they have good vibes. If they wanted to support a team that could win, I would’ve recommended favorites like lev lmao (not saying lev have bad vibes. It’s just that prx does a lot more content from what I’ve seen)
Also I forgot to mention this but I've been having an issue with my game. Riot support isn't of any help and neither are YT tutorials. My pc specs are quite good, I can average 700 fps, but for some reason maps take ages to load, sometimes will even crash as well. The worst problem is that, when I exit the game, sometimes my PC will just freeze and I have to force shutdown via a power button, same thing happens when I alt+tab (running as admin and disable fullscreen optimization didn't fix the issue).
I got the same problem tho my pc is potato. But I definitely think valorant as a game isn't optimized at all and riot doesnt care either. Surprising you are suffering even with a beast high end pc.
Used to play cs go at 30 fps. But it felt super smooth to me and had fun playing because it never dipped below 30 or never did the game freeze or anything meanwhile valo gets stuck every once in a while.
following valo pro scene is ez. I started with champ 2022 at the end of tournament. Saw DRX go crazy (felt good cause im asian as well).
sen and prx is most popular teams in valo ig. Prx is used to be fun when they were underdogs.
