With the DRX situation coming up, what were u all takes on sinaatra situation, was he guilty or not cause I aint gonna lie I can't comprehend why did that girl didn't file any kind of lawsuit or police complaint against Sinatra considering the evidence ( voice audio ) she had , why didn't this go far from her side like the only result that came out was Sinatra's Valorant career ended before he had the chance to even start it and lots of hate towards him , and to top it off few years later the girl started doing OF , like this situation sounds fishy as f ( Not alleging anything just giving my opinion)

impossible to know what really happened, but considering that his ex dropped all charges once sinatraa's career was already cooked i would say he was innocent. doesn't mean he's a good person though, he himself admitted it was a rough relationship.

if you look at twitter, its all the PRX fans crucifying the DRX player they think is involved with no evidence other then words from the victim. every profile i see demanding more explanation are from PRX fans its actually crazy .

Apparently it's because of the defamation laws within Korea that prevents her from saying his name, but then again the hints that have been given to us are so bad that it just seems that she is wording things on the fly, but who knows could be her way of protecting herself but could be the opposite and she has zero clue what she is saying.

Yeah I was questioning what ButterflyEffect (the person who brought this entire thing up) about things like why the person kept keeping the name a secret/other actions as well since he apparently got into contact with them but I didn't get any response, just seems like another case of accusing someone because of their success to bring them down. Then again we never know so don't just jump to conclusions that fast.

Well as small of a group as the DRX team is the law would already be placed no matter what no? I searched it up and I could be wrong about this but according to the law that if the team was small enough (5 people is pretty small) then the law would still be taken into action if someone was accusing someone of doing something as serious as SA as a part of a group and not individually.

She didn't name drop the player, but gave 'evidence' which really pointed towards Flashback and what he did in his recent times like deleting his own Discord server and all.

Again, this is some fake ass allegation so to avoid getting sued for defamation, the 'victim' decided to tell who the player is through hints

In this case just like in sinatraa's there is no real way of knowning, it's impossible to proof, which doesn't mean they didn't do it, just that we will never know.

In Sinatra's case at the very least we do have proof of him being an absolute asshole, but that ain't really a crime
