I just saw something on twitter saying he had intercourse with a minor, I've seen people trying to get him cancelled.
How old was she? Cause i think age of consent in korea is 16, and you can't enforce us laws everywhere, but if she's below 16... That's basically pedo.
And is there any proof to that? Or just people talking

am korean, let me explain it for some of you get confused about age of consent and theres ton of misinformation out there, mainly because we use korean age (you are 1 year old on the day you are born and get a year older every January 1st.), so let me explain -

Sex with anyone under 13 is illegal no matter what your age

Sex with anyone under 16 is illegal unless you are under 19

You may have consensual sex with anyone over 16 if you are an adult (20 korean age, 19 normal age)

So to be clear here the allegation here isn’t that the act of intercourse was non consensual, but it was the ejaculation that was non consensual?, if so that’s very difficult to prove, which is very unfortunate if the claim is true

i would say it does count as SA. However it is poor decision making from both parties involved. but it can be considered as SA if she made it very clear she doesnt want it to happen. Its similar to like if your gf starts pegging you randomly during sex. I would complain too if that happened
