I loved how people were saying that GENG and SEN were different because one qual'ed for playoffs and the other didn't despite having the same record, now you look at the playoff teams and see that 4/5 teams in SEN's bracket are already qual'ed. It was so much easier for GENG to qual with dog teams like GE, Bleed, and T1 in their bracket but was so difficult because SEN had actually good teams in their bracket and people thought that it was only because SEN fell off or had a fluke run. And yes SEN did throw against EG but then again RRQ beat GENG as well lmao and GENG still got top seed.

Then tell me how GENG managed to get top seed with a 3-3 record and SEN didn't even qual with a 3-3 record, nice "shitty group" while SEN is facing against C9 and KRU (normal stage menaces) and G2 (3rd place at Shanghai and arguably the best in AMERICA at the time). Now lets look at GENG's group, GE (bunch of frauds), T1 (bunch of throwers), TS (throwers at the time), and bleed (I don't even need to explain this one).

I mean your team lost to T1 in stage 1 which is a very subpar team, also Kru and c9 did not look weak during stage 1, you only say they are subpar now because they fell off, but back in stage 1 both teams looked very strong.

SEN lost to a shit LOUD and a shit EG that both had no wins before facing SEN, whereas GENG lost to DRX (who went 5-0) and PRX (who went 4-1), while ALSO still winning more rounds than SEN which would’ve been enough for SEN themselves to qualify with. Stop yapping.

LOUD the same team that steamrolled through the 3rd place finishers at Shanghai? also yes I recognized the fact that SEN sold to EG but then again they got more rounds against EG than GENG did against RRQ (one being known for antistrating and having a good coach and the other being known for absolutely nothing except flip getting 0 kills).

Not exactly sure what the sen washed narrative is atm, since they look pretty good to me so I cant really comment on that. As such this reply is purely based on what is said in the original post.

This idea doesnt work with this format. Thats the great thing about the way the format works out, because it alleviates a lot of the unfair group concerns.
We know sen was worse than 4/6 teams in group Omega during split 1, due to... ya know... losing to them

Why do you think Sen would have been better than the very teams they lost to against different opponents?
