I personally believe that manga is better (especially if you compare the best manga to the best manwha), but recently I feel like people have been liking manwha more. What do yall think?
Really? I could never find a story that impacted me as much as Goodnight Pun Pun or a Silent voice whenever I read manwha. Bastard and sweet home are great stories but even they weren't nearly as good to me.
A lot of hyped manwha like solo leveling, god of highschool, and tower of god had a story that I didn't enjoy at all.
i mean true, a lot of the manhwas are either in that villainess/shoujo category or that action/constant fights/shonen category and u dont see many stories that are as impactful as smth like pun pun or monster or whatever, it all just comes down to preference and im a degen for revenge/villain mc stories soo
i mean some of my favorites are omniscient readers' viewpoint and regressor instruction manual considering they are fleshed out stories and are incredibly and i know a lot of people would not like those stories for some of the same reasons why i like those stories and thats ok
bro these ones i watched the anime not the manga, but i aint gonna lie i dont remember a manhwa with a bad ending because 99% of the manhwas get dropped or doesnt even end at all so i dont think is a manga problem i think its the genre problem.
but like One punch man manga is goated the best Art by far i have ever seen.
I completely agree. There are some people that say that manwha has better art, but for some reason I just can't see it. Maybe I'm tripping.
When I look at the face of some of the best art in manga I see details that I didn't even know where possible to draw, yet when I look at some manwha, it just feels too smooth idk how to describe it. Of course there are exceptions though.

both are meh because both mediums are dominated by oversaturated genres and slop like the modern comic industry, it's just that those are pandered to the common weeb instead of superhero nerds. though I would say I like manhwa more because I feel like it's still more prone to writers & artists experimenting with their storytelling compared to manga
