Anyone wanna give me motivation to study?
for me, because i focused to much on sports the studies were my 2nd choice. BUT now that I cant do sports anymore, and when I wanted to get into nursing, the fact that I didn't study biology really held me back. Same goes for physics for other courses in uni. Now I'm in a different field but because you don't know what you want to do in the future, and now is the only time you get to study some of the subjects with a proper supervisor (teacher), try to stay aware and focused. You don't have to top your class, but just know what you are learning because you never know what you will end up doing in the future (your dream might change, like me.)
school can suck
but unironically sticking to your studying and being consistent helps you build better habits
I’ve been a procrastinator and I can feel things slowly starting to fall apart
lock in now and live the good life later, there’s so much to see outside of school than to waste your school years
find a way to study that engages you. i am quite good at all of my subjects and everyone thought i was super smart. my secret was, actually engaging and listening to learn more. if you are doing a subject that you dread, then dont do it. you need to find things that you actually like, or at least learn just for the sake of knowing more. this trick got me through all of my education without studying, up until now. it is hard to figure out, but if you nail this, you will stop hating school.
As someone who struggled with school my whole life practically, trust me, I did school a bit later in life and if its one regret i have It's that i didn't finish earlier when I had the chance. Naysayers will say it is pointless, just useless paper, you can make more without degree yada yada...well yeah you can but you have to have a skill or desirable trait, not easy either way. If you don't have any solid alternatives and it's where you're at right now... Just put your nose down and keep digging, it'll be worth it in the end. Just my take.
High school is shit... but after that you might enjoy college/vocational school where you can learn what you want... Also if you don't have high school diploma no one will see you as a human being. I'm overexaggerating but it's kinda true.
If you don't like studying, then nothing will motivate you. Just do a little bit above the bare minimum to finish high school and do something that makes you feel alive like some sports or hobby.
Don't think about quitting high school. You might forget more than 70% of what you learn there but studying even just for a little bit trains a person how to think. If you don't graduate high school you'll be dumb as f and stay as bronze2 for 30 years.
If you are from a working-class family (you don't have a family business), you have no other option. Maybe talk to a career advisor. Knowing what you want to become gives you purpose and helps a lot with motivation. There are many careers which don't require you to excel at subjects you don't enjoy.
u donnt really need to study hard in highschool if you just want to get 85+ grades. only study if you want to be top 10 in your year. dont take notes if you cant understand the lesson at the same time. i dont review and take notes i just listen in class and get good grades. i just ask my classmate before to write my notes for me when it was needed for clearance xd. also do your homeworks with your classmates it makes it bearable
