How is this even possible? Level 5 is new and unstructured but I thought those guys are naturally talented. Two straight losses?

posted 1 day ago

For me, yes it is.

They are all playing mostly the same comp. Why would you show all your maps and comps even before the season starts? This is more of a practice for comms and pressure handling than agents, comps and strats.

Azys is honestly wasting his time with SA. He needs to go back and prove himself in SEA, specially when path to Ascension is going to be harder next year.

These scrims don't matter enough?

posted 3 days ago

I agree with this post. Whether it's fair or not, they have advantage or not is a totally different debate(which will not just be limited to valorant), and I feel the community is too small and young to discuss that. The fact is, tourney is for females and marginalized genders. It's just dumb of people to hate certain players. We should celebrate that the game has something to cater to for females and other genders, rather than being dominated by just men like in other games.

Sean said they wanted to trial flor for ascension shopify team but some dates were clashing with GC.

All philipino roster makes sense. Indonesia already has 2 teams in the league. As far as SEA talent is concerned, only Philippines or Thai has large enough talent pool. Based on results, Indian players are mid to bottom. Korea, Japan already has too many teams in league too. So talented players have to be in Philippines or Thailand, given only one team from each region.

They both are kazakh. Krystal is Russian. All 3 are considered imports for Pacific league.

posted 1 month ago

What do you expect t3 teams from SA? Why would you even watch it lol? Even the tournament is just a filler and has no value.

Xipto gave away a few rounds just for finals to cross 3 hr mark.

GE ran out of money during the 1st year of franchise itself, leading to payment delays. That was however, something not under their control. They ran out of the limit the Government set that you can transfer from Indian bank to a foreign country.

GE's fanbase is divided. They won't take Indian players since they don't want to perform bad. The SEA+imports they got didn't perform well either.

I however my take is, all this doesn't matter. GE needs to succeed with international/SEA players and garner some international fanbase outside of India. India being a low income economy doesn't help them. Indian valorant viewership isn't huge. They had among the lowest bundle sales. This will eventually matter the most to Riot. Performance was never the criteria for franchise initially.

GE gets hate from 15 y/o because they can't comprehend the fact that Indian players aren't good enough. Their reasoning is, GE is doing bad either way with 4 other players too. Somehow, good players don't perform in GE too. Benkai actually had a bad season. Polvi became mid along with Blazeking, who were supposed to carry the team. I'm pretty sure these guys will perform really well, similar to last year how Texture and Monyet reached masters or their ex-coach Eraser almost getting Rare Atom into ascension.

Had this issue last year. Game used to freeze and crash on either match loading or ending screen, during the white transition. Turned out one of my RAM was bad. switched to another pair and issue never reoccurred, until the used the bad pair of RAM again. The RAM issue only occurs in Valorant, it passes the real benchmark without any issues.

They already used both their timeouts earlier. Don't blame the coach.

losing map (icebox) to a sage wall is so sad. NT purr.

Lol look at the amount of hate they got when they announced the roster, every player was called out.

Best logo vs best name, should be close.

It's basically all of GE. GE manages to bring the worst out of every individual that joins them.

Ganges water is generally not used for drinking. It is considered holy and sprinkling it (just a few drops is considered lucky. I have never been asked to drink it. You also need to consider India is huge, and ganges water is not available everywhere, and this happens predominantly in northern indian states. India also has a diverse culture hence a very small population does that.

It used to be real almost 20-25 years back. Indian economy was at it's weakest during the mid-90's, which wasn't very long ago.

posted 1 month ago

They already changed it.

posted 1 month ago

No need for Indian quota player slot, just for others to carry and rethink roles mid season. Indian players haven't proven their worth even in t2. This offseason should be a litmus test.

Gotta check his ACS, must be at the bottom, because ADR surely would be.

Please don't jinx it like everyone did for m80

My GPU blew up at the start of this month. Not grinding this act, so IDK.

Chill out. SPG has had really good games but they haven't looked flawless. Riddle order came close. SPG won ascent based on two hero sheriff rounds. You honestly don't want to jinx their run like everyone did for m80 is all I'm saying.

1 - The mounts for fans is same as mounts for radiators, and radiators usually do come with fans. You don't need extra radiators, you need extra case fans for sides where you don't mount radiator. You are most probably mounting one radiator in the front or top or side for cooling the CPU.
2 - If you have only one radiator (for the CPU), then you need 8 case fans, since AIO coolers come with their own fans. Fans suck in air from one direction and blow it in the other direction (obviously). There is no difference, you just flip the fans while mounting. However, you need to maintain balance between how many fans you want to pull the air inside the case and how many of the case fan blows the hot air out. Usually, top and back side fans are placed such that they blow the hot air out of the case, and front and bottom fans are used to suck cool air in.
3 - The dust filters are included with the case.

If FS doesn't win this match, I'm gonna assume Valorant is random af and BO3s don't matter.

SPG has hit another gear, their preparation is showing. Everyone knew they were going to be better than last year's korean team. Question was how much they improved since they had access to every champs team to scrim.

They don't have a coach

Talk your shit king. Give it back to then, they spoke too much last year.

Stats says, in past 4 years, SA teams have only managed only 3 bo3 wins. This is basically free odds for gamba right now (2.60 : 1.45)

You just can't trust the country flags on bait posts in general.

Those who have had hopes in past never followed the CS scene in south asia. Almost every Indian and Pakistani is an ex-CS pro, who failed to win even a single ESL India tourney. It was won every time by a team from Dubai (Risky gaming) which was later known as NASR. The competition level was so low that SEA teams were not even interested in participating for basically free cash.

You are expecting the same players to change their work ethic, laid back attitude and switching teams for same result next year to perform. 4 years have gone by and none of the players have managed a top 50 leaderboard finish, grinded like jinggg & forsaken duo, shifted to Chennai for better ping. 3 major orgs (VLT, Enigma and Orangutan) have left the scene in this region.

TLDR; we need to watch Chess Olympiad rather than valorant washed players.

posted 2 months ago

What a waste of time. 4 years with no improvements in the SA region and they get better chances next year is hilarious (many SEA countries have been clubbed together for next ascension). Time to watch Chess Olympiad and cope there, I guess.

RNT plays against losers of JFT vs RL. OF plays against NAOS.

posted 2 months ago

RNT's stats show their winrate on icebox was less than 50% even before they picked it. Yoru on icebox as main dualist, everyone knew it was a 2-0 when it started. SPG in my books still doesnt look as good as FS, BOOM or riddle.

posted 2 months ago

No. SA is bottom of the barrel region, Korea isn't. They got 7-0 ed on their own map pick. SPG still didn't look good. RNT looked bad which was expected.
