Oxy - I know this is gonna be super controversial, but imo he is the only duelist in the world that is truly elite on all of the big 3 (jett, raze, yoru) and no doubt he would be just as insane on neon, reyna, pheonix etc if needed. World Class at rifling and awping and is only gonna get better as a player over time, at duelist i'm taking him first pick
