So,i watched the sen podcast and here's the reason why pancada might not be on the team. Kaplan said that when dephh was on sen,he was an igl that needed to be w the pack,so they needed to put pancada on senti.So, now that johnqt is an igl and he is also a lurker,the team basically has to be able to handle themselves when johnqt is lurking because its hard to lurk and igl when u can't get constant info on other parts of the map.So,this is why zellsis is on the roster.Kap said zellsis brings that midrounding on the team and since he is more w the pack ,he can call for the team during midround.Now you might ask why bench pancada then?why not bench tenz and have pancada play?They also talked about how they liked the ideas tenz brings and how creative he is w the agents.So,they basically want all vocal players which pancada isn't. Of course they didn't say pancada specifically,but they did say some players were not as vocal for the overall team.The more voice they got during the round the more info the better decision they can make during the ronud.Pancada obv isn't that and he wasn't that on loud either cause loud got saadhak,sacy and less doing it.
Pancada not being on the team
Its clear as day listening to pancada his english is still little, I always knew pancada wasnt on the team because of that and thats why zellsis was picked over him. Tenz is mechanically better then pancada at the game So i see why they chose him over Pancada for that reason too.
But the VLR fanbase will tell you that they need pancada over both and just shit on tenz then somehow call zellsis a fraud and shit.
But overall I really hope to see pancada on a team that will use him more likely a BR team again hopefully as I don't want to see him on a Full English speaking team.
I never said pancada was bad or anything ? Hes still very good mechanically. But TenZ is argubly one of the best players in the game when it comes to mechanics.
If you think pancada is better then TenZ mechanically that's just pure biased towards pancada and your just showing your hate towards TenZ at that point.

just don’t be disrespectful and not address the issue at all. no transparency, or being outright. “we are starting zellsis because of off season success and the team is gelling. pancada is 6th man for now.” would suffice and we would all understand.
sentinels are so bad at that. no departure post for dephh, marved, dapr and no announcement for pancada being benched.

i mean i kinda dont see why they would?Pancada is still getting paid?He doesn't have to play?The least he can do is stay quiet?If pancada wanted to leave fr ,they would let him go probably.People gotta see the bussiness side of things too, at the end of the day,its bussiness,sure we love the competition but without the bussinesses there is no competition,so we gotta respect the people that also keep it afloat.Unless its a situation like EG which it isn't.No one is being held against their will.
Some PR is better than zero PR, that's how I see it. Announce it at least so people aren't like huh? You announced Zellsis in a full blown video as 6th man, then Pancada disappears to the bench? Lol. As fans I'm sure they would appreciate knowing some of these things for transparency reasons. It promotes trust in the org and players you're rooting for when you can leave the cards on the table, otherwise it just makes it seem sketchy/shady to hide things like that, just my personal opinion.
yeah makes sense, the only way i see it going wrong is if they lose confidence in a match, then no matter the vibes or ideas, they'll still lose the duels, that's a situation where pancada could get a lot of value by winning cluthes and getting kills to win some rounds and bring the team back on a match, but we still didn't see sentinels losing confidence since zellsis got in, let's see how they go in this death group
basically.Cause it seems like johnqt just can't igl fully or micro manage the team when he is lurking ,so the other players need to be able to give ideas or midround.In order to do that they need very vocal active players who play w the team.Pancada is extremely good but he just isn't that type of player.
the thing is that there's no right team for him, mibr make their changes based on hallucinations or something, loud surely won't get him back unless tuyz mess up badly, the only team i see working out for him is furia, but i don't know if they'll be able to achieve something just by signing pancada, and it will be hard for a english speaking team want him after the "pancada has bad english" narrative even though it's not true
well tbh pancada was in the perfect place in loud in 2022 cause no language barrier and he had people that could lead him,so all he had to focus on was his gameplay.Now it's different and even if he somehow has good english or enough to get by,his biggest problem would be commnig i feel.Cause he isn't really type of player or at least from what we have seen is to be vocal.So the only way for him to do that would be on a brazilian roster w great leadership in it.
