i mean there's other stuff too and I wouldn't even say they're just insecure, I honest to god never seen TenZ ever gloat himself and Zekken's always on a doomfest whenever he's met with the question of reaching his expectations (he's also only 18). You can still be humble but these guys will off the bat say that they suck given the chance lol.
anyone can "generate hype". Hired for being the hype man is not a real job description
zekken & sacy alrdy have good chem, and tbh you don't really need that much hype. a light joke to ease the tension here and there, some table banging and light screaming are enough.
less ideas, less comms
all just skill issue, can be worked on. we all knew these problems existed before bringing them on, no point rehashing that to sideline them
have you ever actually played in a team setting? not everyone can generate hype, and it is actually quite crucial. 5 introverts who don't get excited during a sick clutch are less likely to drag each other out of a mental rut as opposed to 3 intro 2 extro, comparable to someone who doesn't speak English as a native language who is less likely to drag teammates out of that rut
'skill issue'- that'll take many many months. you can't change a personality, and until panc is fluent in English, the problem will exist
p.s. stop downfragging anyone who disagrees with you, it just shows that you're more concerned with being right than having an actual discussion

where did i do that?
zellsis isn't needed because zekken & sacy don't shut down under pressure. If you watch their videos, you'll see that. Not every team needs over-the-top screeching to get their heads back in the game. zekken is a collected individual, and his camaraderie with sacy is enough to rally the team together if they need it.
Even the best IGL (imo) FNS has exremely vocal players who are proactive. Having 4 players who dont take initiative just because you get a worldclass IGL isn't going to fix it. I can't speak for every team obviously but at least from what I know there's atleast 1 if not more voices other than the igl on most top teams. It's not the IGL always micromanaging telling the players to push or take space or collect info lol.
there's diff ways taking initiative take form tbh. nrg had crashies and victor calling rotates based on info they got, not directly calling strats. zekken & sacy can easily fill this role
Nothing you've said justfiies the pancada <-> zellsis swap. It just isn't needed. Calling him on for "secondary igling" or (which he hasn't done any of so far) in a team with completely new dynamics and not as a solution to an already failing team, benching your dedicated controller as a result is a bad decision, unjustifiable.
The year that pancada shit the bed because he couldn’t figure out how to play KJ 😂

ppl who support the decision are either forgetting that SEN will continue making swaps like this until they see instant success like they've done for a long while now or they simply dont care.
If SEN leave the Afreeca tourney early, Pancada is starting for the next tourney.
If SEN leave the next tourney early, Zellsis is starting for the next next one.
The fact that they still do this even to a World Champion is funny, this is failure 101.
it's to be expected my guy and I'm being fr. The org lives and dies through Valorant, like it's understandable to see them being so desperate for success but a mentality like this isn't gonna do shit. At this rate, if SEN end 2024 on a bad note, the entire roster besides TenZ is 95% gone (Zekken is the 5%).
Atm Zellsis is 100% the better flex player but I think individually tenz has much more potential and a higher ceiling(Gap is also not massive). Considering how much better he looked from the first game compared to the last on the breach, he deserves time. In the same sense Pancada also probably deserves time to at least prove himself with the roster but if the coaching staff truly believes Zellsis and Tenz has the highest ceiling of any 2 combination of those 3 guys I get the move. It's unjustified if they do the fucking musical chairs with those 3, which is a possibility for sure but to say they're gonna do the same thing as last year is unjustified considering the circumstances under which they made swaps last year.
