Real question no troll answers please
That's still a minority, and on top of that, compare the two when it comes to ranked. Females in ranked are most likely 10-20%, while males are the vast majority. On top of that, it's harder for them to get better when most of them face bullshit dickheads and creeps trying to date them when they speak.
could be a smaller pool, could be less exposure, could be biological, idk but one thing is for sure
the reason that they are so far behind the regular scene is because their focus isn't to get the best players no matter what
goal of t2 teams: get the best players
goal of gc teams: find non male players, then get the best players
there's nothing wrong with this, of course. that's what gc was made for, after all
Time really
smaller pool, and the ones in the pool have less time invested in gaming when theyre young.
even when theyre trying to become a pro player theyll have less opportunity
like you ccan tell when youre watching this G2 vs Fokus game its like G2 are still playing 2021 strats
nothing wrong with it really but fokus is a team thats in 2022
so theyre used to playing against teams that play similar to G2 and they already know how to beat it
this just means G2 need more time as a team
its not mechanics its not anything genetically different
it just ccomes down to strats/gameplans/"gamesense at the competitive level"
i understand the average female gamer, but they(G2 in this situation) get paid to play. they don't get the excuse oh they are girls or whatever. they make more playing a game than most people working a regular job. they dont have to go to work/school for 8 hours a day and then come home and practice, dry run, scrim. this, literally is thier job. the excuses they give don't work. people can cope all they want but it is 100% true.
Tbh, it's more than one thing, but the main one is, that not many GC teams play against t2/t1 teams regularly enough. Strategically they're just way far behind what most good teams are doing, Also, teams lack depth due to talent being spread out a lot. But what G2.G is doing is actually really good, even if they are just going to get destroyed every game. You can't be at the top level if you never play against the top level.
Because like tier 2 VCT, Rito doesn't really care for whatever happens. What only matters is tier 2 producing talent for tier 1 they said it themselves, so GC players probably lost the incentive to play at the highest level because of it.
edit: Let's also just fucking admit the fact that GC is shit. The viewership is low, orgs just have a better logo, and daily discrimination GC faces everytime.
yeah, seeing GC team playing against tier 2 team was very rare.
I had written an article about Game Changers, behind the regular cliches like little athlete pool, age problem, and low viewership, there are still two big problems: first, cheating. In both GameChangers and Female CSGO you could find many professional players had cheated (GamerLegion released two female players due to cheating). Second, infighting and salaries. In China GC Qualifier, two of members of TYLOO GC refused to compete for higher salaries, forced the club to use players that only played VALORANT for 18 days!!! And they had even beat Nova GC for semifinals.
Because not many women played CS before, so there is a low population for good women players.
Due to this, gc teams are actually awful, the only one that could even scratch the main circuit is v1, and they'd probably go 1-4 in NA challengers anyways. A team like gozen wouldn't be able to get 15 rounds total in a full season.
