By horrible circumstances, NA now has the highest amount of excellent F/A IGLs

  1. FNS
  2. Valyn
  3. Flyuh
  4. Johnqt

I wonder if any other regions might try to poach some of them.

If Happy has a chance to sign with Karmine corp, then if the Sentinels' assumption falls through, we might see KC Johnqt

He had no impressive results in 2022. But the year prior he led two ifferent rosters to LANs, v1 and c9.

I feel like with a good coach he may not be as bad as people say.

you can say the same thing about Shahzam tho

Idk I've kind of stopped seriously considering any results prior to 2022 when it comes to how good a player is, especially IGLs

I think he is better than some of the names on the list.

However, some of those names are upcoming talent that could one day be the next world champion.

Vanity would be less risk.

I think to be a good IGL in 2023 you need to be disciplined and be able to put a lot of time into studying the game and your opponents. I just don't feel like Vanity is a very analytical IGL

I agree he is questionable compared to the others. But he was still one of the only NA igls to take a team to LAN in open circuit, and in fact did it with two rosters. I think he deserves a fair shout, he was literally on a franchise team at the start of the year and got dumped to save money.

I don't think he's bad per se; I mean he did beat PRX with Cloud9 but I just don't think his calling is too good either.

Imo it feels like he calls based off feeling rather than off fundamentals, and that works when the team he plays with is full of aggressive aim gods.

He could not find an answer to save his life against DRX the moment they started responding to C9's aggression at Lock-in
