NBA standardizes contracts unlike riot, they're all uniform, and those unions are for majority for health related stuff lol

plus the point was contractually, these players receive very fair employment, you can't unionize to fix the guard situation, it wouldn't do shit

these players are treated very well and overpaid considering the financial situation of esports atm

Didnt achieve everything they wanted but riot got the message, truth being told if the LCS did this anytime before worlds or after it would have 100% had a larger impact. But ofc LCS players thought making a miracle run at worlds was more imp then securing a system.
