imo Neon would play similarly to Phoenix on Pearl due to her wall and she provides further value imo because of her sprint and stuns that could be used to take sites
the Chamber would primarily be for oping in B but could potentially be paired with another sentinel to make up for the weaknesses you mentioned
maybe a comp like Neon, Chamber, Astra, KAY/O, Cypher could work out? Don't think it will be the meta by any means but maybe certain teams could try this out?
Maybe if her wall did damage as it used to, yes she would be viable, but pros disrespect the wall more often than not. A phoenix ult, pro or not, has a whole team scatter from the site, and his molly is much more valuable than a stun that gives off no info. Think of neon in pro play as running to your death, cuz she does not have the mobility that jett does to get out of tough spots.
pairing chamber, but whom to replace? the current meta is astra/kj/jett/(sova/skye/fade)/kay/o. Each agent serves a purpose and unless you want to give up entry potential for chamber, I dont see why any team should run him.
I think one of the LATAM ascension teams ran a similar comp with the chamber and cypher. Its good synergy, but alot to sacrifice. Teams ran chamber without jett before because of how powerful his teleport was, but now the trip nerf and tp is just too much of a gamble to be taking

the neon wall would be used the same as a phx wall in the event this comp gets ran. Just like nobody really solo flash swings through a smoke I doubt anyone would try to contest the neon wall. Maybe there would be a chamber somewhere inside with a tp for added security

itd replace Jett. I believe that Chamber has a certain level of entry potential especially with some of these offensive a site tps. Also the constant op presence in B would make defending that site easier than if you had a Jett on that site
the idea behind this comp is to have rock solid defense across every point of the map with a Neon quick flanking/lurking whichever site the attackers do not hit on the defensive half and the KAY/O and Astra setting up the Neon to take space very quickly and then reverting to a post plant position with a chamber op, astra stars and cypher cam when the spike gets planted on the t side.
