If he is confident of his innocence then he would counter charge her of ruining his reputation which would force her to present any evidence she has. He doesnt do that for reasons only known to him

Those are not that recent, and both already had cloasure in the court. NTK served his time and Pancc wasn't convicted, so that's over. Not that i think they are good people, quite the oposite actually, i don't think people change easly, but focusing on that nowdays just doesn't make much sense anymore.
