Seems like a good dude but man he is really boring to watch, I see some of these threads glazing him saying he is better then Tarik but man idk I just cant watch for a long period of time I just get so bored.
You can blew up because of something (which also requires hard work), but to grow and maintain your audience, you need to be entertaining. So please don't understimate a talent and hard work.
Most of the time, he is focused intermittently, but when it comes to serious matches like playoffs or champions, he is completely dialed in. For example Fnatic - Loud or SEN - 100T. It's also a meme when he misses a sick play, and he doesn't deny it. Personally, I don't need someone to analyze or react to every move, he has a great balance of it.
I suppose his streams are just not for you. Personally, I find myself laughing a lot during watch parties. Among all Valorant streamers/players, only Ardiis is funnier.
Also, solely providing dry analysis during watch parties can become a bit boring. However, there are moments when I genuinely enjoy watching Sean Gares or Sliggy.
main perk of sliggy is you'll get ~1-2 big breakdowns per map, pointers on what you should be looking out for with each comp at the start and reminders in rounds when there's a play bout to happen and you have pros/coaches show up in chat semi regularly to talk about stuff
he def doesnt provide reactions so if thats what you enjoy I can see why youd get bored pretty quickly. As mentioned above TMV is somewhat the middle ground for that, with some tactial insight, good stats from time to time and insane reactions
I personally just watched the main stream before since I found watch parties too distracting from the game so sliggy being a calm watchparty just sorta replaced that for me
Idk tarik doesnt even pay attention to the game. You really like those twitch chat KEKW/OMEGALUL/Pepega moments and fake reactions? I mean you could like them, but not for me. Also I never watch co-streams, just watch the main channel, the casters arent that bad except for borington and most of apac except achilios.
He's not gonna give you good react content if that's what you want, but he's the most informative watch party out there, if you're interested in analysis and learning more about the game itself, no one is better than sliggy. But it all depends on what you're looking for. Whatever you think of him, he's pulling 5k every single day so clearly people like him.
cool, basically every other watch party is focusing on that lol. from your perspective, he might be boring, but if you're looking for analysis, he's the best streamer out there. i personally think tarik is way, waaaaay more boring, he doesnt even watch the game. it's what you want out of the stream.
stfu he is the GOAT
he is the best analytical streamer and also very funny once u watch and get to know him more
along with entertainment he will help you improve your game understanding by 1000x and inturn improve ur gameplay and can help you become 1000x the player u are and it can even help you to igl
him and steel r the underrated GOATS
Sliggy is best.
Plenty of points already said from people above me.
I just want to add that I like how wholesome he is. He rarely talks bad about players and he tries to make sure his chat doesn’t talk shit too.
He’s just out here with good chill vibes breaking down the game from a coaches perspective.
Personally I think he can be too forgiving, although we did see him crack when KC was at their lowest. I think it's fine to criticize pro players when they make a bad play or overheat. Obviously I hate when chat or streamers make blanket statements about a player or team like "FNS can't aim lul" or whatever
