Mine would be:
shahzam as igl, sova, jett
mwzera raze
cned jett/sage
nats cypher/kj
mistic viper/astra/omen
sick as 6th man/flex
let me know about yours and why my comp is wrong too.
I want to make a team based on Yacine bc it would be very fun to watch. I mean like you could just choose cNed and he awps everyone. But Yacine is just fun to watch so I'd make this team.
Yacine - Raze or Jett
Niesow - Reyna(why tf not. he said he's coming back soon anyways and prob one of the most cracked players to touch val.)
Stax - Skye or breach
Jcstani - Viper/Omen (yes)
Leo - literally anything
Yes Jcstani. I think he is top tier. He is a player who can build a very strong foundation. Because as you can see. Immortals just falls apart without him. And he literally had to play with so many new players. My opinion. Yes Niesow bc Niesow. Yes Stax because Stax still one of the best skyes in the game honestly. Love to watch him. And then lowel, leo, or nAts. My impression of leo has been rising bc he looks pretty nice and he can run breach which means breach skye which is pretty strong atm. Also he can play quite a bit of agents. His agent pool looks pretty nasty.
I think Jcstani and Leo bring enough flexibility to survive the metas and Stax, Niesow, and Yacine are all star players.
Yea Zyppan is cracked af. I personally just like watching Yacine though. The dude is full of charisma. I love Boaster as wellbut how can you hate Yacine. Yacine also just plays in a fun way because Guild smeag is like FaZe smeag but without searching for picks. So it's literally so fun to watch. It's like Brazil but more coordinated. I love it. I mean they don't do that smeag as much anymore but any time Yacine plays. It's just fun to watch him.
Im biased so Imma put Asuna as my Duelist
Asuna (Duelist)
AvovA (Smokes but can flex as well)
Lakia (Sova/Raze on split/Viper as well)
Ethan(Skye/Sage/Flex)
Shahzam (IGL & Flex)
Comps. Breeze. Ascent. Bind. Split. Haven. Icebox
Asuna. Reyna Pheonix Raze Skye Pheonix Reyna
AvovA. Omen Omen Brim Astra Omen Sage
Lakia Viper. Sova Sova Raze Sova Sova
Ethan Sage Sage Skye Sage Sage Omen
Shahzam Sova Jett Cypher Jett Jett Jett
The only things that don't work are Shahzam Cypher and Asuna Skye but they can learn
Don't worry, you are correct in your believe on Wardell - best Jett in NA. If you considered TenZ to be the best Jett, here's the link to our stats page, showing slightly diff pic....
Filter on NA-VCT-JETT-ALL:
So, Wardell has higher ACS, ADR and k:d ratio than TenZ which technically make him a more impactful player(Jett). The rest is similar except that Wardell a better clutcher and has higher HS% - rifles/pistols as good as OP. BTW we are looking at two Jett players who use OPs(body shots to screw hs%), hence very close comparison. The round diff is also neglectable.
All looks legit as it is a VCT data, however TenZ is more decorated Jett in the game than Wardell. But I highly suggest to keep an eye on ABX Yay as he's been playing well on Jett too. gDay! --- Not TSM, SEN or C9 supporter myself... just numbers.
we havent seen tsm be any kind of good for so long now, wardell seems left out of the conversation everywhere. he is really an insane player but either needs a better team or leave for another, if he wants to make name in the pro scene again.
also i feel like your data is biased to where wardell is the one higher in stats.
here is the same data but including for all events: https://www.vlr.gg/stats/?event_group_id=all&event_id=all®ion=na&country=all&min_rounds=300&min_rating=1600&agent=jett&map_id=all×pan=all
but if you think that old data like first strike is irrelevent this is the data for last 3 months: https://www.vlr.gg/stats/?event_group_id=all&event_id=all®ion=na&country=all&min_rounds=300&min_rating=1600&agent=jett&map_id=all×pan=90d
In all honesty, eventhough I said "best", you still should take my reply lightly as it was not a proper analysis of the two players but more like a confirmation that Wardell is still very capable to play top tier level. I used VCT data to do so and the sample of both is very close(TenZ(813) vs Wardell(813)). But if we were to do a REAL comparison of the two we'd prob only rank them based on maps as there's a lot of scewed data in there that needs to be filtered first.
As I mentioned it's VCT sample and both played vs good teams, given TenZ was off at some point while Wardell played. The sample is still small and not reliable if you will. But bro let's be totally honest here, if you put Wardell in place of TenZ in SEN, there will be no significant difference(imho) nor there will be any diff if you put any top 6-8 Jetts in SEN(imho). However, you can only replace Sick with Victor because there aren't many top Phoenixes around and Sick makes lots of very important plays with Phoenix for SEN including those that make their Jett(TenZ) shine.
On the other note, ofc TSM is nowhere near SEN level as a team but individually they are all up there. The real question to be answered is how long TSM will fuck around untill they sit down and start playing like their individual level but as a team.
Wardell would need to change his style as he plays slower than TenZ at the entries. You could see that stat reflected in first deaths followed by first kills and assists left behind. Also Derke is trying to keep fast paced Jett plays similar to TenZ while cNed is slower similar to Wardell style. Obviously at time they change their paces but overall I'd say Wardell is way slower than TenZ which also could be something TSM might think of changing. Otherwise, I'd look at Acend play style if I were TSM as they look similar on comp to TSM or at least closest. Though, I personally liked more Shahz on Jett... Sorry for of topic.
True about Shahz though.... I only mentioned about Wardell's individual level of playing Jett as it is still top Jett level as TenZ's or any other Jett around the world. I looked to me when TenZ arrived at SEN, they didn't know how to make him play so they left him on Jett letting Shahz play that Sinatraas Sova, right? And at the time TenZ couldn't play Raze.... Now it gets better in terms of TenZ Raze plays and his Reyna is pretty good. So SEN found the way to imploy TenZ in his best way anyway. But for me, it would be nice to see Shahz on Jett and TenZ on Raze or Reyna given Sick plays Sage or Skye at those times. I mean thats pretty much how they play icebox now.
I'd say babybay play faster Jett than Wardell similar to TenZ one. The closest Jett to what TSM and Wardell are trying to achieve would be cNed and Acend. You could se that reflected in their KD ratio plus first deaths and some more indicators. But it all lies in TSM strats really. If they want Wardell to play at faster pace on entries, they could build some plays for that. Or they could copy Acend plays cause it seems like they are reaching some perfection in their plays, given their winning record so far - nothing wrong in copying other teams strats/paced plays etc.
I only watch NA and OCE comp not much of other regions so i dont have a good guess with Brazil and eu, so my team is only NA.
Tenz -Duelist
Asuna- (for certain double duelist maps) Im playing 6 players, yeah im cool
BcJ- sova/initiator
Nitro- Controller
Dapr- Sentinel
Oderus- for when single duelist is in play and viper is replaced
My opinion of the top of my head i prob missed some players. but F' it i like this team.
Its really hard to make an international all-star team because of so many choices so-
NA
the Sentinels roster is stacked with some of the best players for their roles in NA (Shahzam, TenZ, Sick, Dapr).. I would replace Zombs with Nitro
EU
Cned(Jett/Sage), Boaster(IGL/Smokes), Mixwell(Flex), Nukkye(Raze, Reyna, Sage), Shao(Sova)
TR
Russ(Sova), Aimdll(Cypher), Izzy(Jett), Brave(Smokes), Sociablee(Raze)
CNED on Jett & AWP
Asuna as the young aimy starfrager
Sacy as the god Sova who's always reliable for a clutch and has insane play potential
Boaster as the flex controller/igl (Shahz might be a better igl for all we know, but he doesn't have the agent pool of boaster and I wanted those 3 other players)
And maybe Magnum, dapr or steel as sentinel
