Hi guys, I've been discussing with some friends about the franchise system and we were trying to identify the 30 best NA players that will possibly be in the franchise in 2023, taking into account that there will be 6 NA, 2 BR, and 2 LATAM teams, I came to this conclusion and would like the opinion of those of you who watch NA tournaments often and understand it better than I do.

I preferred to distribute the roles as follows: Duelist - Flex - Initiator - Controller - Operator. Considering possible nerfs in Chamber, the fixed operator will tend to play with another agent.

North America - 6 teams (Not in order):

Duelists: Victor - Zekken - Leaf - TenZ - Jawgemo - Babybay
Flex: FNS - SicK - Asuna - Ethan - Xeppa - Zellsis
Initiators: Crashies - Trent - Bcj - Derrek - Xeta - eeiu
Controllers: Marved - Bang - Skuba - Valyn - Vanity - Zander
Operators: Yay - Cryocells - Sayaplayer - Bdog - Dicey - Boostio

LATAM - 2 teams:

KRU: Keznit - Mazino - Klaus - Delz1k - NagZet
Leviatán**: Kingg - Adverso - Shyy - Melser - Tacolilla

Brazil - 2 teams:

LOUD: Aspas - Saadhak - Sacy - pANcada - Less
New Superteam***: Mwzera - QCK - nzr - frzGOD - heat

** - Most likely the organization won't get access to the franchise but the lineup should stick together, maybe Fusion can get that if Riot wants a LATAM North team, I still have no idea.

*** - A possible superteam assembled on my own that I believe is possible for the franchise.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on NA players and IGLs who are essential to this list and who should be in the franchise, what do you all think?

I think you need to list a couple more NA IGLs, NA has a severe lack of good IGLing and it's reflected in their playstyle (outside of OPTC/C9/maybe XSET)

I don't know if Leviathan has the money for that, even fusion. Not a big organization, they refused Luminosity which is bigger than them
If we don't include Brazil the only big Latam org that i can remember is KRU

But yeah most of these players should have a spot in the franchise

We will probably have more teams mixed with latam/br players

Bro, for me, it doesn't make any sense to bring mwzera to a super team, it's obvious that he has possibly the best aim in the scenario, but he plays without brain, eats smoke and rush like a sick person, besides he doesn't accept criticism of his team about him (as we can see in the VK video on YT).

The next super team will need people who communicates well and makes good use of utilities, I thought something like:

Jzz - Duelist
Heat - chamber/operator
Nzr - flex
Frz - smoke (yes)
Shion - 2nd flex

im not following brazilian scene but from what i see, loud should get the spot or their lineup will easily be picked up, even if its from different org, and maybe another brazilian org will create a new super team, mwzera and heat should be the first name to join the team, what about the guys from NIP, xand seems like a good pick up, he's quite versatile from what i observe.

He is good but just that, in addition to dubious decision-making he has a terrible communication in the game, Qck besides being a better player and being more flexible is a smarter and calmer player.

If it is to talk about a super team, I think no one from Nip would fit, of course Cauanzin is insane and Bezn too, but compared to Nrz, Frz and Qck they are not competitors
