Is this too low? I feel comfortable with it cause I am arm player and not wrist player

here is one video that can figure out if your sens is high or low for you.
You should always use a hybrid of wrist and arm since that's the type of aim that you can adjust to any situation with. I suggest you set your aim to something that can comfortably go 180 Deg without slamming into anything on your table and make sure that when you only use your wrist you aren't able to make any significant changes i.e. 45deg+
I used .224 800dpi for a while cause I have a lot of mouse space but then I realized that in higher ranks it becomes really difficult to get consistent flick kills with low sens and that most times I would die before even getting a chance to shoot.
I changed to .266 and it works great for me, still able to micro adjust and can now flick really easily.
Also another tip is to lower your sens when you're not playing well and then up it again after a few rounds, it gets your brain actually focusing on where the crosshair is.
