id say its a mix. smaller movements/micro adjustments i use wrist and bigger movements i use my arm but i feel like thats kinda natural. have like a 15 inch mousepad so it makes it a bit easier for larger movements
honestly if you have a big enough mouse pad to support a lower sens then go with whatever is comfortable for you.
