If youre more comfortable on it and you get kills with it, isnt really a problem. Especially if youre an arm player.

800 dpi and my sens ranges between .311 - .376.
I change my sens between those ranges for my weekly placebo effect. But I tend to use both arm and wrist depending on the motion.

Used to play 1 1600, now i do 0.5-0.6 800-1200

Meh, it's vlr. It's pretty normal at this point xD

You should always use a hybrid of wrist and arm since that's the type of aim that you can adjust to any situation with. I suggest you set your aim to something that can comfortably go 180 Deg without slamming into anything on your table and make sure that when you only use your wrist you aren't able to make any significant changes i.e. 45deg+

I used .224 800dpi for a while cause I have a lot of mouse space but then I realized that in higher ranks it becomes really difficult to get consistent flick kills with low sens and that most times I would die before even getting a chance to shoot.
I changed to .266 and it works great for me, still able to micro adjust and can now flick really easily.
Also another tip is to lower your sens when you're not playing well and then up it again after a few rounds, it gets your brain actually focusing on where the crosshair is.

changing sens too much can lose muscle memory tbh, its gonna be bad for your aim and its back to 0

I used 800 DPI 0.19
Changed to 0.21
Now I use 0.314

Doesn't matter too much although personally low sens makes it easier to hit shots with crosshair placement whereas higher sens gives me more freedom to flick.

id say its a mix. smaller movements/micro adjustments i use wrist and bigger movements i use my arm but i feel like thats kinda natural. have like a 15 inch mousepad so it makes it a bit easier for larger movements
