I promise you he'll get more pickrate if they give him a passive ability that heals him per kill or something or maybe if they make his ult last longer per kill he gets in it.

Won't be OP if they do it right like maybe 40hp per kill with no overheal. In his current state he's just not viable so I feel like giving him a passive that heals him per kill would be better than nothing because his current kit has like no utility at all.

Well we'll find out eventually since riot is gonna release a lot of changes with this new patch in terms of balancing agents and the economy.

Maybe they could make it so the wall has no equip time, easier to curve, and lasts longer.
His molly and wall could add a burning efect, that keeps the player on fire and deals a low amount of damage for a few seconds.
His ult could last longer or make it so he recovers a little bit of ult time per kill (2 sec time recovery per kill seems balanced).
And yeah his flashes are decent, but I gotta be honest, they do not even compare to Yoru and Reyna flashes in terms of utility. Maybe speeding up the use animation (not the flashes' activation time, but Phoenix's hand model), so it's easier to play off your popflashes.

Easy_for_MWZERA [#21]You don't even know if her wall does any dmg, phoenix's wall heals and does damage, hers is probably just visual. Her "Run and Gun" only happens while her ult is active, maybe 4 times in an entire match, it also already happens with Jett's ult, whats your problem?
her wall will most likely deal damage because her ult is literally thunder being projected from her hands, and the run and gun issue doesnt end with only her ult when she can wield a judge and slide like a maniac so she can easily run up to people and clap them. Plus she gets a stun ability too.

Phoenix's are individual popflashes, and that's not really bad, but what Riot's gotta do is find a way to make him more teamplay friendly and not just a useless kit that heals himself running around with a gun.
Or maybe that's not the solution, they are closer to make like Reyna, a frag agent, not really made to create space with utility, but by getting kills.

So can Jett, and her abilities has nothing to do with the wall damaging or nothing, that is just speculation, she has two walls, she can make a hallway for people to pass, it's much more OP than the phoenix one, the thing that would make the most sense is to not deal damage.

Don't compare Phoenix's flashes with Initiator flashes, those are obviously way better than Duelist flashes for a reason, those are made to support, gain info and create space, while Duelist flashes were made to get a duel advantage. The thing is Reyna and Yoru flashes are also useful to support teammates.
It's not that Phoenix is a bad duelist, he fills the role, but the other duelists just have better mechanics.
