Ah you absolutely wouldn't like wagyu then. The whole point of eating wagyu is how the fat runs through the meat. The more intramuscular fat there is (called marbling), the more special and expensive it is. Wagyu fat is very different from "normal" beef fat in flavour though

Yea I believe it. I like my meat marbled, but nothing crazy. I'm good with USDA Prime. Anything more might just be too rich for my blood lol.
