Gooning isn’t automatically bad, but it really depends on how it affects you. For some people it’s just something occasional and controlled, and it doesn’t cause any problems. When gooning starts interfering with relationships, or mental health, that’s usually a sign it’s not healthy anymore. Like most things, balance and self-control matter more than the act itself.
