I dare you to hold a site against me as solo duelist Yoru.
ArterieX [#3]it just doesnt provide enough value for the team or even it self in tier 1 yoru is just a good ranked agent who can be insane if mastered
Meteor, marteen, koalanoob, and icy think otherwise
Nachtel [#5]Meteor, marteen, koalanoob, and icy think otherwise
very rare cases TBH yoru cant be a meta pick ik u are trying to show its potential but it just doesnt make sense except for breeze or bind
Ryandr [#6]Is yoru the hardest duelist to master? Which pro has the best yoru? Not much idea about this agent. I just heard it's hard to master it.

here are the pros and cons of yoru solo duelist
Pros:
1-he can set him self up so when a team's system needs the duelist to use as little util as possible he is good
2-he has good supportive util which frees up a slot on the team for (iso,2nd senti, etc)
3-flexible playstyle he is avg on awp entry getting in and out not the best but not bad
Cons:
1-entry pattern relies on flashes which is bad in T1 cause enemys can play anti flash+dodge it
2-very readable and u can break his entry tool
3-fast execs are not that fast waiting for his tp
4-weak exec when compared raze,jett,neon
Cabo_ [#2]bro thinks he's him

IZAYA_ORIHARA [#15]imagine riot buffs yoru to increase pick rate and making it broken then nerfing it to death
lowk I think they should buff him and then nerf him back to where he is now just to get people to use him. He is actually busted.
Imagine if they did something as simple as reducing the cost of his ult by one point.

Forsaken yoru is washed. The last time prx use yoru as their main comp is early 2024 split and they ended up moving forsaken to raze anyway.
And let's not talk about champs GF. Prx's yoru is still stuck in 2022

The only thing that would make him take current meta duelists' spots would be to make his tp faster
MrBlooBloom [#20]The only thing that would make him take current meta duelists' spots would be to make his tp faster
you mean like the orb move faster? yeah, i agree, that's actually a really good idea for a buff
Nachtel [#5]Meteor, marteen, koalanoob, and icy think otherwise
miniboo yoru is better than all of them
DSGFan [#21]you mean like the orb move faster? yeah, i agree, that's actually a really good idea for a buff
Nah I was thinking about making the teleportation itself faster but the urb would be a cool adjustement

he was moved to raze because they realized that triple duelist is dogshit on split

It's not readable if you have multiple entry spots and setups per site.
You break enemy reads via proper alternation
bees [#29]Whenever the enemy has a Yoru I usually just stare into a corner blair witch style and turn around after they're done throwing util at nothing
The yorus you have been playing against are useless
unknown_trash [#28]I'm speaking to all yoru mains. When players like me who have half a brain when they play valorant go against you, it becomes painfully obvious that you are predictable af. You're not him. You will die to me if you solo push my site.
You're literally in shitlo.

Don't get mad, I'm only telling the truth. Yoru mains are normally pretty stupid with their util unless they are radiant.

even then if we are talking T1 multiple entry spots aren't enough when your entry loop revolves around flashes which u can dodge it and all movement duelist have a spot they want to get to generally be on a site(so basically all of them are easy to read and anti) for example raze wants to land on B bind either off her nade in backsite and that entry in all its forms demands respect because at any second she could be on your head but yoru has 2-3 tells on every entry so even when you have multiple spots (which means u are sometimes giving up the optimal entry spot that most duelist go for) you can see the tp pass by and you can hear the first bounce of yoru's flash so at worst you know a entry has started and the difference between raze, jett, neon and yoru is the when you hear a pop from those duelist you get scared cause they are gonna jump on your head yoru cant do that without taking a 30/70 or worse fight advantage
and i am saying all this as a fan of solo yoru i want it to work cause variety is fun but when you look at it you keep finding flaw after flaw that other duelist simply dont have to worry about not even to mention lack of vertical on his entry nerfed neon high key has a better grounded solo entry which is bad and that ur duelist player has to learn yoru specific everything to make him work which means lack of practise on everything else that makes there entire pool better

this shows you don't know anything about the agent.
There are multiple variations you can do with the flashes to guarantee an area to be cleared. The timing of your tp compared to the pop of your flash can be exploited to create killing opportunities for any piece of space on most maps
unknown_trash [#33]Don't get mad, I'm only telling the truth. Yoru mains are normally pretty stupid with their util unless they are radiant.
So long as you agree its the player and not the agent
Nachtel [#36]So long as you agree its the player and not the agent
cool but the effort in learning yoru does not reflect in the reward you get for getting closer to his skill ceiling. there is much more benefit to learning a lot of agents and how to use their util perfectly, that just learning yoru because he requires a lot of time, a lot of gamesense and not as rewarding. i guess its mostly the player but the agent doesnt have as much value because of that.

wrong, you can shit on everyone if you know him well enough, even prime neon
