At the end of the new c9 vlog, oxy and immi talked about why he was dropped. If u want more insight its worth a watch. Yall were too quick to judge.
Clucker [#2]You couldnt just say what they said, lazy bomboclatt.
Got a migrane and hopefully going to get some sleep
Window [#6]wait so what did they say 😭😭😭
someone tell me or ill watch later idk
Doesn't include rossy or anything, but immi and oxy just talked about their personality types not matching. Rossy micro-managing too much and the team and coach didn't really get along with him too well is the general gist
“Yall were too quick to judge” bro in the video they basically just said his igl style and the way he wanted to play didn’t match what they thought was best in addition to chemistry issues. If those were the reasons they dropped him that’s even worse, the style they wanted to run clearly hasn’t worked and the style Rossy had them doing actually yielded results. The Org gotta step in cause at the end of the day you shouldn’t care if the players don’t like the style, they should care if the style is actually winning you games.

Such a clown org lol they did trials and all and still need 2 FUCKING TOURNEYS to analyze his playstyle? tf they doing in the trials lol fucking TDM?
Fuck C9 man bunch of incompetent, unprofessional paycheck stealers.
To summarize what Immi said
He had a tendency to shut down while IGL'ing and to micromanage and play with an APAC style too much. They tried having V1c and Moose IGL but it didn't work out and their personalities clashed too much. Overall the work environment just didn't work out so they had to move on
seems reasonable to me

yeah and clown9 had the tendency to do jack shit with the style they’re “comfortable with”

at this point its not cloud9 its charity9 the way these people get paid for doing nothing
stellaresca [#16]yeah and clown9 had the tendency to do jack shit with the style they’re “comfortable with”
Rossy also has a tendency to do jack shit with the style he's comfortable with
koromast [#15]did they just basically said "we were winning too much with rossy and we didnt felt like it, he is out now"
I guess so, and the fact that apparently v1c and moose wanted Rossy out leaves a very bad impression on them. Seems shady af imo.

The problem seems to be far greater than that, it seems like clashes among team mates more like cause if u got a problem with his micro management you could just ask him to stop that , than just dropping one of ur best firepower
Danny [#19]Rossy also has a tendency to do jack shit with the style he's comfortable with
that jack shit was winning them games, how much of a pussy u have to be to not understand that ur here to win not to make bonds

beat geng

u get auras with ur migraines or is that just me ?
I don’t get why they wouldn’t drop Xeppaa or Moose for Mitch. Even if Rossy isn’t the best IGL, his individual performance is a tier above the others and it makes more sense to keep him while onboarding Mitch.
The roles make more sense that way too since Mitch is a Flash Initiator/Sentinel Flex while Rossy is a Recon/Viper flex. Now the team lacks a dedicated Sova/Viper player and they should absolutely suffer for it.
butterdog_dogwithdabutter [#23]that jack shit was winning them games, how much of a pussy u have to be to not understand that ur here to win not to make bonds
11-16 as an igl
not really doing so well at winning people games
nobody___100 [#24]beat geng
Beat geng once then proceeded to go on a 9 match loss streak across teams

It makes perfect sense. None of them want to win. They want to stay there as long as they can. Immi is the buggest fraud here. NA players act like getting into teir 1 is making it, they don't care about winning trophies. Just look at how spoiled marved is. Rossy was in apac and has an actual discipline amd tge rest of tge team except oxy do not have it. So it makes sense they didn't jell well.

Rossy putting up numbers was making their bot frag numbers look even worse. I'm just mad xeppa and oxy didn't stand on a proper stance instead of saying whatever you decide .

If he’s is to be judged by his IGLing, then why not judge the others by the same metric and kick them instead? How Moose remains on the team is egregious to me given he’s their worst performer, not an IGL, and not a vibes merchant.
Kick his ass out and get Mitch to IGL on sentinel.
The roster should have been:
Oxy | Rossy | Mitch | Xeppaa | v1c

calm down making this about NA players and talking about trophies when NA and EU have most trophies and APAC is historically the least disciplined region lol
it just the incompetent idiots at C9 (management/coach/most of the players)
Danny [#28]Beat geng once then proceeded to go on a 9 match loss streak across teams

I think oxy wanted Rossy to stay on the team (cmiiw) but who knows why xeppa didn't take a side. For me, moose and v1c not wanting him on the team at all was what weirded me out.

Of course an NA guy doesn't know what discipline means. I'm not generalising na. Im just talkong about a lot pf the players attitude. Desciplined players like fns, ethan, yay, tenz, etc have shown what they could do consistently. I'm not doubting the region, I'm talking about player ethics in work. Learn the definition of discipline first.

Xeppa apparently was 50/50. Maybe he wad scared he would also get pushed into the chopping block. Immi too is to blame, this guys career has nothing over mce. G2 2023 failed because of him, now he's stealing from c9.

Just backwards, flawed thinking. They were probably like, "We cannot accept this constructive criticism if it ruins our vibes as a team, so see ya later Rossy!"
They're a bunch of clowns for thinking via emotions instead of actual intelligence with a growth and winning mindset.

Very fair point, not sure where Immi stood on this decision but if it was down to solely the players, then maybe xeppa didn't want to pick a side since he would be the deciding factor.

Watch the interview. Rossi said his igl style didn't go aling with the coach. Even immi said ot himself in the new c9 vlog. All of em wanted him gone except oxy and xeppa.
Pengu12 [#30]I get auras too, worst feeling in the world
How do ur migraines go? Mine usually start with an aura and then it transitions into the actual pain of the migraine until it gets so painful that i throw up which usually causes the pain to slowly go away. But yeah when i start to get my aura i actually just die inside knowing im about to experience some of the most painful shit ever.

It’s the same except the pain stays when I throw up, only goes away when I sleep, I can also usually tell I’m about to have a migraine in the morning or atleast there are signs eventhough I usually ignore them
I recommend taking magnesium made my migraines much less frequent

yeah and look at this year. SEN goes on a fluke win streak then bombs out, no other NA team gets close to winning after sentinels. the only team in EMEA that did anything remotely good this year was a team of passionate and determined rookies on Team Heretics. meanwhile, GENG, an APAC team, looked phenomenal all year until the very end, and EDG, a surprise chinese team, stole the trophy away from all the other regions. EMEA and Americas are getting complacent. it wont be long before the frauds will be exposed for not putting in enough effort. its clear that Pacific and China teams are putting in the hard work to at least try to improve, meanwhile, the talent pools in EMEA and Americas have stagnated, with only a handful of new players appearing in tier 1 especially in NA. the asian takeover in valorant at this point is imminent. i wouldnt be surprised if EMEA and Americas dont win any trophies in 2026 at this rate. the players are now trying to chase the bag instead of the trophies in EMEA and Americas.
that video legit proves most of the takes i read in specific my take which is 80% sure rossy got dropped because oxy has a ego and wins the popularity contest which looks pretty good
lets face it oxy got igl who was good called him out for his mistakes and he couldn't handle that
and there playstyle is to stat pad oxy so when he hopes on vlr he can see "oxy no help" "oxy 1v9" as soon as he actual plays his role does well but his stats dont look good he uses his connections to drop rossy
buyprxclassic [#34]still made more internationals than bum ass c9 who beat everyone in stage 1 and choked in playoffs
Mickey Mouse qual in a less competitive region
If he was as good as people are pretending... why didn't T1 re-sign him?

Because he wasn't just judged by his IGLing, he had a lot of intrapersonal issues with the team

Don't care + SEN eliminated GenG at Champs + SEN 100T G2 LEV were all good internationally + APAC and China had one good team + Americas had the highest Average placement at all internationals this year + funny how u call SEN winning a fluke but don't mention Edg + Everyone knows Americas is the most. Competitive region + the reason why there's less T2 players joining teams in Americas is because most teams are actually good unlike APAC/CN who have like 7 shitter rosters that needed to be fully replaced this year
