GambleNats [#3]personally
1.) Boaster
2.) FNS
3.) Saadhak
4.) Nobody
5.) munchkin
personally believe munchkin should be above Nobody considering they were consistent for most of the year, while EDG stepped up big time in champs
although I guess people weigh winning champs more
uwukitten [#5]what is ange1 doing up there? boostio is better
Ange1 and Fpx literally changed the game, their strats are used 3 years later, not to mention he's also a master winner
gold2peak [#6]Ange1 and Fpx literally changed the game, their strats are used 3 years later, not to mention he's also a master winner
boostio: champs winner, 2nd place tokyo, 4th place shanghai
uwukitten [#8]boostio: champs winner, 2nd place tokyo, 4th place shanghai
The pig is still not as good. fpx won masters Copenhagen, top 4 at champs, top 4 at lock in, ange1 is taller, Fpx invented the bonus buy literally everyone uses

yeah I'm sure ange1 personally came up with that 😹d00mbros is the one that takes credit here and we might as well say EG invented how to properly combo ults and ult orb management

What are you saying? fnatic was the first team to take the full advantage of ult orbs, if anything eg copied them

out of all the lists here i think this is the best one. although personally I think boaster = saadhak = FNS, this list does show everyone who is considered to be among the best IGLS to play the game
BUFF163 [#12]FNS isnt top 5
How if his team was the first one to have a year where they didn’t finish out of top3?
trvnq [#4]personally believe munchkin should be above Nobody considering they were consistent for most of the year, while EDG stepped up big time in champs

I mean nobody was only igl in split 2 and his igling in the champs run was really good
Atuplacek [#15]How if his team was the first one to have a year where they didn’t finish out of top3?
Only trophies matter. Placing 2nd or 3rd is no different than finishing 20th.
ValAnalist [#17]i want see Boaster with a bad team. Is easy win matchs with Derke, Alfa and Leo in the team.
every really good igl has had a super team to win

2021 haha. Valorant started in 2022. Before that, any newcomer was a tier 1 player.

vro googled
kyro1 [#28]igl rankings always are terrible most people dont know how they lead the team cuz they dont hear their coms we just see results so naturally everyone just lists top 5 most accomplished igls
AND you never know in which teams the IGL is responsible for a lot of strats and thinking, and in which teams that is mostly the coach and IGL mostly is just a shotcaller in game
