Team Secret changes

Even with the loss to Talon, which happened bc Primmie carried and not bc Talon were tactically superior, I’d still say this team is doing good except for quite a few things:

1) Jremy - As good as he is, he is not a Jett player. He is okay at it but not at the level of what his Raze is.

There are a couple of players who in Philippine Tier 2 that I find to be cracked i.e. PatrickWatson that are really good on both Jett and Raze that TS really need to keep tabs on. Other players include Zeus and tomix although I haven’t watched their actual games yet.

2) JessieVash - People like to clown on uncle for being in the team only because of his relationship with TS manager (which I haven’t actually confirmed if true, pls enlighten me), but he is not the main problem of this team. Uncle carries at times, which might show a picture on how the rest of the team is underperforming. Although he does like to ego peak people without his team like wtf.

3) 2ge - He is good but PapiChulo. Not much to say. I know he is an IGL but he can still slot in with this team with Uncle calling.

team just needs a new roster entirely only keep jremy in my opinion. (also yes jessie is in fact in a relationship with the manager and have a child)

Jremy is the youngest player on the team I don't get why his spot is jeopardized, he was their best player vs TLN

Only 2ge and Vash should be kicked

The Jessie and manager situation is a bit messed up honestly cause who would put a married couple with a child in a professional environment especially with one person being a manager that has decisions for roster changes and the other one who is the IGL which essential has the most power in the team since there are no superstars in PH Valorant. Feels like they have control over everything just from their 2 positions. Idk just feels weird to me.

He is actually high level Tier1 player, and cannot be replaced by other Duelist.
2GE→Papichulo is absolutely good.

In that case, I think they could bring in a better sentinel from Tier 2 than Wild0reoo. Nexi, JA, and xavi8k is good option.
If you are afraid of Jremy's jett, JA will be able to use jett and sentinel.

Jremy switches to flex/sentinel( can also raze if they require double duelist)
Invy still sticks with initiator but becomes IGL
2ge Wild0reoo stays the same
Jessievash either stays with the roster or transition to coach

Aside from patrick watson, what TS really needs is a guy to hype them up and give them good vibes. They always look so tense when in high pressure situations. They couldve won that talon game if they didn't choke those 2 pistol rounds

honestly i think, you wouldn't need a lot of changes for the current lineup.

1. you've got 2 additional fraggers to be with invy and jremy. for the previous iterations of the ts roster, it always felt like you need to have both invy and jremy to be online for them to win. they had to carry the rest. after 2ge and wile0reoo's addition, the team's shooting felt better, that even if jremy is a lil shaky (case in point: split map 3 vs geng where he kept missing the op and his satchels), there's at least another to back you up, not only with utility, but with fragging.

2. they now have a wider agent pool and can rotate roles as necessary. my biggest problem with the old rosters was that they obviously were not comfy playing around the relatively new agents. the current one can now play with a gekko in the comp (icebox vs t1). oreoo being another flex gives them a lil freedom to move vash to a sentinel, who has been a little subpar on flash initiators. this switch has produced somehow good results, at least if you look at their win rate on split, which isnt a map they prioritize picking. (no do not count lotus)

3. as much as i still am not a fan of vash, i have to give him credit for the times he is fragging while IGL-ing. and if former coaches such as warbirds vouches for vash's calling and shooting, then i can live with him staying. i'd rather someone with the experience stays as the IGL than transitioning to someone who never touched the role, and eventually performs worse that they usually do.

4. vibes merchant? if you've seen their comms vids, oreo was their hypeman after losing to bleed 1 map despite being so dominant in the first half of that map. vash, jremy, and invy were visibly gloomy, but oreo (and 2GE) were there, tryign to tell them, it's okay, we can win. last night, even after the tln loss, oreoo went on stream, joking around in ranked with 2ge (they did lose a ranked game 11-13 again tho haha)

5. the only change prolly, is that they add a mix of a asst coach/mental coach/analyst to be with dummy. their playbook for attacking hasn't been well polished that it loses them a lot of rounds even if they were able to bank on a huge lead on defending. (man, i still wonder how warbirds + dummy combo would have gotten us in stage 2)

i think they have good chemistry now, and they'd have better synergy the more they stick around together. they do need to learn how to play around their 6-man roster tho, especially if ndg would stick around for next season too.

i think the roster is good and wouldnt need any changes. what i mean is vash is igl-ing pretty good so far in split 2, wildoreoo is delivering when needed. 2ge has his moments, invy too. i think what was missing from them is a vibe merchant — which they took away in borkum. they also need to be in a better mental state especially that this team is always facing a huge deficit in rounds and that it might get tiring mounting a comeback. this team aint sharp aim-wise but executes are really impressive, starting off split 2 i was hard rooting for them because they were really looking stable 😭

they just need one duelist player that can dominate and be the X factor like something, zekken, demon1 fuck it we need a "primmie". Jremy has been consistent and does his job as a duelist but thats it. He relies more being set up than being THAT guy who just make plays happen.

I think they should do a big rebuild, replace everyone, make JessieVash the coach, get 5 Tier 2 players from PH that are Tier 1 ready, get a Filipino coach and an assistant coach which can help their mental.
