Wdym sen played better than any americas team this year?? They quite literally played worse than Lev (Objectively by points), G2 and you could argue also better than 100 memes.
Sen won kickoff, a tournament that had a competitive NRG Team, LOUD finished 2nd because they beat EG. Masters Madrid also didnt see the best teams in their best shapes from other regions. Paper Rex was 3rd there when they looked awful, the only competitive team there (and respect to sen for winning) was GENG.
100T beat sen when it mattered and g2 is looking better than ever. If you want to weigh the 2 least important tournaments equally to stage 1 & 2 and Shanghai, only then were sen better than everyone except lev.
100T did well stage 1 and won that, top 6 in Shanghai vs SEN won kickoff, did well stage 2 and Madrid. So imo the format is ass and SEN 100% deserves to go to champs more they did way more than 100T this year. You can't tell me any other Americas team performed better than SEN this year, stage 1 yes but other than that SEN are a solid top 4 team and thats why they are in champs. The champ point system is trash though, winning Madrid should of been at least 5 points. They won 2 grand finals and just barely made champs with a 6-4 record is wild.
Again, Sen won kickoff where everybody was trash (like bro the top 4 were eg nrg and loud they all didnt even make it to the top 6 in americas),
Sen won Madrid were only Geng was good it was basically a 2 team tournament. China as a region was awful, emea was awful, paper rex was awful and loud were awful.
Sen got 6 points where where there was almost no competition.
And STILL lev has more points than them. How in the world was sen the best team in americas? Certainly didnt see sen going on a 9 game winstreak in the group stage games.
Lev lost to c9, rethought their entire approach and won against every other team in the region, INCLUDING SEN(?!)
Also 5 points for madrid would be mental
Thats just dumb logic, they were the best team after Madrid just because other teams improved since doesn't mean SEN isn't better, thats how competition works . Current SEN isn't the best team in Americas, I said they deserved to be in champions for their performance this year because no other Americas team did as much as them this year.
I think we have different understanding on performance, im not talking about just Americas league, im talking about everything kickoff, madrid, stage 1+2 and they have accomplished the most out of all the Americas team is what I mean. Its my fault I worded wrong so you misunderstood when I say "better than any Americas team this year" I meant they accomplished more this year than any other Americas team.
100T not beating the allegations and it shows. I don't think all their contracts will be renewed for 2025-2026. After winnings stage 1, everyone's saying it's the 100T Era and they're gonna smash Masters Shanghai, Kekw. After Shanghai, they said they're gonna dominate Stage 2. It shows there was never an era to begin with. The 100T fell off should be studied. This is as masterclass (11-7) KekW gaming from them.
