great individual player not a good igl, giving up 11 in a half is criminal fineable, literally wins on Ascent off of pure skill even kaplan says LEV and 100T are better cuz they have a defined playbook NRG just do whatever they want.

nah hes fine for 1 month of igl. on split i dont think u can really blame anyone when u get spanked that hard(entire team wasnt shooting back). I think on sunset was where i think u can put some blame on him. he did terrible from individual perspective and the calling there was pretty bad. playing retake A with the comp they had made kind of no sense (comp looked more like an anchoring comp) and on attack it looked they were running around like headless donkeys

it aint that bad for 1 month of prac losing 2-1 when tbh they probably should have won on sunset and your best player missing shots he usually hits. pretty sure its better to get this stuff out of the way early before it matters more like for matches that qualify for champs.

Sure they can, fucking anything can happen in this game. Is it likely they win champions, no, not at all, I wouldn't think it to be possible, but they can. But that's irrelevant to my point, players or teams can have bad maps, that doesn't make them bad and they can grow overtime. Especially for Ethan since he's a new igl. I also think this is more the coaching staff's fault but who knows for sure

give it time, you can't expect him to be a good igl when this is the first time he has actually tried. Either he will flop and be a shit igl or we will slowly become better and then become a decent-good igl. Only time will tell

eh, people are annoyed that NRG could have 2-0ed if either ethan or demon1 were actually getting kills on sunset, understandable. Ethan got 1 kill on atk side which is objectively awful

you're only saying he did fine when his calls vs SEN all map were poor, and he 2-0 C9 and MIBR both teams that get mopped by most teams, during those series the talent on his team showed out more than his individual igling and calling they were just a mechanically better 5 than MIBR and C9

Give it time, we'll see how he develops as an IGL over the course of the season, does it suck and they could've 2-0'd if Ethan and Demon1 fragged any better on Sunset. Any given day though.

it depends, I think the easy fix is to move him off igl role and bring back FNS in for crashies, as he's just the best IGL.
