its not about pulling out, ppl just dont realize that yea currently it isnt safe and its point as of current isnt to create such a friendly environment and road to tier 1 but instead to be a grueling long fight towards proving that you can hang with the best.
Riot are always fixing everything in their game and tier 2 is an obvious priority after setting up and settling on how they wanted tier 1 to be.

comfortable not necessarily. i know minor league baseball players have to pay for their own travel and hotel expenses and such so their already low salary shrinks because of expenses that are not being covered by their teams. they tend to work other jobs or just live in their cars
